When it comes to philanthropy, WiHL has been able to accomplish great things. Here are a few of our events and activities that are provided to our members:
- Coffee Chats: Opportunities to meet with Senior Leader Healthcare Executives - Professional Development Workshops: Negotiating, Crucial Conversations - Annual Leadership Summit: A Campus-wide Learning Experience - Community Service:In 2016, WiHL purchased over $600 in feminine products to donate to the Detroit Tsunami Center, donated hundreds of dollars to Planned Parenthood and Alternatives for Girls, and also volunteered with Food Gatherers in Ann Arbor.
As a volunteer student organization through the School of Public Health, WiHL self-fundraises to provide the Michigan community with networking, professional development, and community service opportunities. Women in Health Leadership would like to encourage you to be a part of our annual fundraiser. Below are some of the ways you can get involved, please note that donations are not tax deductible.
