The New York Times is running a four-part series “Women in the Workplace.” The articles are co-written by Adam Grant, a Wharton professor and author of Give and Take, and Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook and author of Lean In.

Watch for the final two articles to run in upcoming Sunday Reviews. Share your thoughts on the points made by Sandberg and Grant in the comments.
