For any professional to be successful in a stressful environment, it is important they put on emphasis keeping up their wellness. This means working to keep up the eight dimensions of holistic wellness: emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual wellness.
The University of Michigan has resources connected to all of these that are open to students. I thought I would take this opportunity to lay out a few of these resources that may be helpful to students, especially female students in health care, who are looking to develop themselves professionally and holistically.
